Frequently asked questions

How long does a coaching session last?


A full coaching session (business or career) typically lasts about 1h depending on your circumstances and needs. *The only exception being the CV Building session that usually stretches over 2h. We recommend you block an additional 20min buffer time for your sessions as they can get longer.




Can I pay in instalments?


We may be able to accept instalment payments for Multi-Session Coaching Packages. Your coach will help you create a tailored package and a payment plan that works for you.




Can I meet my Mentor in person?


Sessions are usually delieverd online. However, if your Mentor is located within a reasonable distance from you, they may agree to meet you in person. This will be discussed and agreed between you and your Mentor.




Can I book my pre-paid sessions whenever I want?


If you purchased a multi session package you will have a deadline to book those sessions. All our coaches are business owners themselves so they dedicate specific time frames every week for coaching. You can book your sessions as and when you need them within those time frames. If you need ad-hoc sessions or different times, please contact your coach, they will be more than happy to work out a schedule that works for both of you.




Will my Mentor write documents & perform tasks for me?


No, your Mentor/coach will not do the work for you but they will guide and direct you through the journey. They may also help proof read your applications, pitches, proposals, speeches etc. The only exception is the CV Building session in which your coach will write the CV with you during the session.




Do I need a non-disclosure?


Once you have purchased a Service, your Mentor is bound to confidentiality by the very seller - buyer agreement. Typically Mentors will not sign any additional binding documents but there may be exceptions based on your circumstances. You can always discuss this with your Mentor.




When do I start paying?


Most of our services are payable at the time you book them.




Can I cancel my subscription?


Yes, you can cancel your bookings up to 48h prior to the booking time and get a full refund. If you choose to cancel later than 48h we will still refund you 50% of your purchase. If you purchased a package of multiple sessions and you have changed your mind for any reason, you may cancel the services at any time. Please note the refund will only cover the unused sessions minus the $50 Admin fees.




Is the 20min Free Session actually free?


Yes, all services that are marked as ‘’free’’ are free of charge. They are designed to help you get a tester of the service and make up your mind if you’re on the fence. We don’t believe in ties and small prints and neither do our Mentors, if you had a free session and decide the service is not right for you, we won’t hold it against you :-)




Can I purchase a one-time session multiple times?


Yes, you can purchase a one-time session as many times as you need. However, all discount codes can only be used once per user. *The only sessions that can only be booked once are the Free ones.




Can I rechedule an appointment?


Yes, if you need to reschedule a session please give at least 24h notice. You can do so by contacting us via the instant chat on bifound.com or email us on support@bifound.com




Can I use the service in any country?


Yes. Although the financial dynamics may differ from country to county, the business principles & fundamentals stay the same. That's why our Mentors are used to working remotely and can guide your journey wherever you are.
