Hahaha, I know that’s not supposed to be funny but it’s hilarious. I’ve met so many people like that and, unfortunately, it’s hart to change someone’s mind like that. It’s not your job to convince her, sooner or later she’ll understand.

Firstly, congratulations for having options, that’s totally worth celebrating. If you find the positions valuable in terms of sharpening your skills, it could be worth accepting a lower paid job for the time being.
