HOW TO SET-UP YOUR ACCOUNT
Once you got accepted as a Mentor and your ID verification stage is complete, you will receive an email from our booking partner, Wix.

The email will invite you to create an account and become a collaborator on our website - this will give you access to your calendar and blog post portal.

Click on ''Accept Invite'' and create your account.

Once you've created your account with Wix,
your dashboard will display your calendar and menu.

How to sync Bookings with Google/Apple Calendar
You can sync your Google/Apple Calendar with your Wix Calendar for seamless integration.

Hover over the calendar on the menu
Click on ''More Actions'' Select ''Sync personal calendar''

Select the calendar you wish to sync and follow the instructions on the screen.

TIP
Make sure you are logged into your Google calendar to enable the syncing.
HOW TO BLOCK TIME ON YOUR CALENDAR
Your booking calendar will display your available hours by default. If you need to change the default hours, please contact your Account Manager.
The system will only allow you to block time. It does not allow you to manually input sessions as these are automatically populated when Mentees book sessions with you.

If you wish to block time from your default hours you can do so by clicking on the calendar and select ''block time''

Select the day and time you wish to block and click ''Block''

During those blocked time slots, Mentees will not be able to book appointments.

TIP
When you sync your Google/Apple Calendar with your Wix Calendar, any changes made to either will automatically be reflected on the other.
HOW TO AMEND A BOOKING
If you need to change the time or date of a booking, please use your Wix calendar to do so. DO NOT use Google/Apple calendars to edit bookings as the Mentee will not be notified of any changes.

Go to your Wix Calendar and click on the booking you wish to amend

Click "Edit" booking

"Edit" booking by selecting your new proposed time and date.

TIP
To send a notification email to your Mentee, click on ''Notify participants with an email'' and insert a message for your Mentee in the text box provided. If you skip this step, your Mentee will not be notified of the changes.
HOW TO CANCEL A BOOKING.
Please DO NOT cancel bookings via your calendar as your Mentees will not be notified.
To avoid miscommunications, we ask all our members to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice before amending a booking or 48 hours before cancelling a booking.
TIP
To cancel a booking, please contact your Account Manager and let them know your reason for cancelling and the booking you wish to cancel.
HOW TO CREATE & PUBLISH ARTICLES
Please follow these steps to create and submit an article.
Go to your Wix dashboard and click on ''Blogs'' from the menu

Here you can see your drafts, published articles, etc. Select ''Create New Post''

Start writing your article here

TIP - 1
A good tip is to section it into bite-size pieces by adding sub-points.
To make it even more engaging, you can add Gifs, Images, Videos, and more from the left menu.


TIP 2
You can also use the menu settings to check your SEO, add tags and optimize it even further.
Once you are done you can either publish it, save it as a draft, or schedule it to publish automatically at your preferred date and time.

Your Articles will automatically link back to your profile on the Website as well as the App.

Session Structure & Cost
Mentors have the flexibility to choose which of the services & packages we currently offer, fit their experience and availability. The price per service may vary from $100 to $250 per session. A session lasts on average 1h, although we recommend you block an additional 15min buffer time for each session.
Resources
We ask our Mentors to provide at least 3 Resources that students can learn from. These could be Articles, Classes or Videos that give students a tester of your work & expertise.
Mentor's Commitment
All Mentors should be available to provide advice in-between sessions via the Bifound App chatbox. We encourage Mentors to only commit to the number of students and hours they can easily handle.
Free 20min Mentorship
Sometimes we offer free mentorship sessions to introduce more students to the platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for Mentors to introduce themselves, and you can choose whether to participate or not. Each Mentor can choose how many hours they would like to dedicate to this task.
Student's Feedback
We are able to connect Mentors with Mentees because of the trust we have built through our customer-centric approach. This also means that customer feedback is at the heart of everything we do. Therefore, we encourage all Mentors to maintain a rating of above 3 stars. Bifound reserves the right to terminate all Mentor's accounts rated below 3 stars.
